External forms
Online requests are handled by the identified external form provider. Review that provider’s privacy notice before submitting personal information.
Technical records
The hosting provider may process ordinary security and access logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and time of access.
Anonymous interaction measurement
The website records page views and selected interactions such as phone-link clicks, location searches, guide links, enabled form links, active and elapsed visit time, and maximum scroll depth. A random identifier lasts only for the current browser tab session so anonymous visits can be evaluated without cookies or a persistent visitor profile.
Advertising attribution
Campaign, keyword, landing-page niche, general displayed location, device class, and referring-host information may be recorded to evaluate advertising performance. On paid landing pages, Cloudflare may provide an approximate city, state, or ZIP area inferred from the visitor’s network location. Google click identifiers are stored only as irreversible hashes. These records do not include names, phone numbers, form values, IP addresses, raw user-agent strings, cookies, or raw Google click identifiers.
Tracking parameters
Campaign parameters may be passed to the external form so the source of a request can be understood. Sensitive information should not be placed in a page URL. If Google call reporting is enabled, Google may replace the visible business number with a forwarding number and process call details under its own terms.
Before launch
The operator must replace this starter text with a policy reviewed for the actual vendors, analytics, retention practices, and applicable law.
